Robert is a Martu Aboriginal man. Robert had the privilege of leading and transforming Australia’s preferred Tertiary provider for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander peoples as Chief Executive Officer of Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education from February 2015 until October 2017.
Robert is currently undertaking consultancy work at Edith Cowan University as well as managing the 18+ Transition Program for the Australian Air Force Cadets.
Shelley has worked on a continuous basis within the Industrial Relations arena, the Indigenous sector, the Government Sector and the Union Movement.
Her goal has always been to negotiate a fair deal for all and her studies are currently taking Shelley in the direction of working more closely with the Indigenous sector, specialisng in providing Indigenous cultural training for all sectors of the workforce.
Robbie is a Bidjigal/Umbugarla man with ties to La Perouse in Sydney and Kakadu in the Northern Territory. As a qualified International Airline Pilot, Robbie flies the Boeing 777 for Virgin Australia Airlines. Robbie works hard to broker Aboriginal partnerships that close the gap between community and industry.

Johanna built her career in Aviation and is the former CEO of ASX listed Skywest Airlines. From Aviation, Johanna moved into Management Consulting with special interest in Aboriginal Engagement and Procurement.
